Who processes your data

What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, phone number, email (if provided), selected service and your message.

Why

Solely to answer your enquiry and send you a proposal. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or send you marketing messages without separate consent.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Serbian Personal Data Protection Act, Art. 12; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) where applicable). You may withdraw consent at any time.

Who else has access

We use trusted technical providers: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (email delivery) and Telegram (new enquiry notifications). Some process data outside Serbia under standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case contractual and legal retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict processing and withdraw consent. Email sebiljai.carsija@gmail.com and we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or your local supervisory authority.
